ASTRO – ADOPTED
.Astro is 3 years old and he is currently living with his foster family, he is a lovely boy and is both child and dog friendly. When he came into our care, the fosterers took him for the normal veterinary check-up that we always have for our dogs, sadly he has been diagnosed with DCM, currently in its very early stages so we can medicate. He isn’t neutered and now won’t be due to the DCM however, he’s the most loving, chilled boy you could imagine. We are looking for a very special family who will be prepared to take this boy into their hearts as a permanent foster. What that means in reality is that he will have a permanent home with a loving family and Lincs will be responsible for the cost of his veterinary care. It’s a big ask knowing that Astro has DCM, but this boy truly deserves to enjoy his life with a family who will let him live it to the full for as long as possible. If you are that family, please get in touch with
DEXTER – ADOPTED
Dexter is just a pup at 14 months old. He came into our care as the family were unable to cope with him “spinning”, he also started to chew himself but since he’s been with us he’s getting much better and no longer chews. He’s currently not neutered and for the time being, we prefer to leave him entire. He’s already had a lot to deal with in his short life so the longer we can leave it for him, the better. We are looking for a very experienced home where he is the only dog and the family have the time and knowledge to bring this boy up to his potential. He needs patience, understanding and training and he’ll get there. When it’s right for him, we will contribute towards his neutering and that will form part of the adoption agreement. If you can give this boy the time he deserves, and you have the patience and knowledge to get him to be the dog he deserves the chance to be, please get in touch
